Cancellation/ No Show Policy
We take pre-payment for booking appointments. This ensures our customers booking time slots are reserved for their vehicle's treatment.
We understand that life happens, and unforeseen circumstances may occur, which could make it difficult or impossible for you to attend a pre-booked appointment. Therefore, you can contact us by email or phone call. We will be more than happy to amend, reschedule, or refund a pre-paid booking.
Cancellations MUST be made 48 hours or more before your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Furthermore, if we show up to an appointment, and are unable to get in touch with the customer within 15 minutes of arrival, that appointment will be considered a no-show and will be subject to a $30 no-show fee.
Refunds & Dispute Policy
We have a NO REFUND policy. With our complete customer satisfaction guarantee, we don't leave until our customers are satisfied. Any issues or complaints the customer may have will be addressed before we leave the appointment location.
Any customer who cancels a pre-paid booking outside of the 48-hour window of their appointment will receive a full refund on their deposit. If the cancelation is made within 48 hours of their scheduled appointment, the customer will be charged the cancellation (or no-show) fee and refunded the remainder of their deposit.
